Our employer partners expect applicants to be in Singapore long-term and authorised to work. We confirm eligibility at the application stage to make sure interviews are productive for both sides.
Citizens of the Republic of Singapore. No additional documentation is required beyond a valid NRIC at the offer stage.
Holders of Singapore Permanent Resident status with a valid Re-Entry Permit, eligible to take up employment without further authorisation.
Holders of a valid Singapore work pass issued by the Ministry of Manpower with sufficient remaining validity to take up the role.
To keep our process honest and respectful of everyone's time, applications from holders of Short-Term Visit Passes (tourist passes), Social Visit Passes, or anyone without current legal work authorisation in Singapore cannot proceed. Submitted applications without valid work eligibility will be closed and not retained, in line with our privacy notice. If your work pass is pending renewal or transfer, please apply once it is reissued.

Our employer partners hire under standard Singapore employment terms, which require candidates to have the legal right to work in Singapore on a long-term basis. Roles cannot be filled by individuals on short-term visit passes or social visit passes. We confirm eligibility at the start of the process so that interviews are productive for both sides.
At the application stage, no documents are required — only your declaration of eligibility. If you progress to an offer, the employer will ask to sight your NRIC (for Citizens and PRs) or your valid work pass card, in line with their normal onboarding checks. We do not request these at the screening stage.
No. VellonLeaf never charges candidates for applications, introductions, or placements. Our fees are paid by employer partners only on successful placement. If anyone requests payment in connection with a role listed here, it is not authorised — please contact us.
All listed positions are remote-eligible for candidates based in Singapore. Some employers require occasional in-person meetings (for example, monthly team gatherings or initial onboarding); this will be clearly stated by the employer at the interview stage.
Ranges shown reflect what the employer has indicated for new hires, gross of CPF and taxes. They are guidance, not guarantees — the final offer depends on your experience and is set by the employer. Ranges are reviewed quarterly.
VellonLeaf places candidates with third-party employer partners. The specific employer's identity is disclosed before any interview is arranged, and your employment contract — if offered — will be directly with that employer, not with VellonLeaf.
We typically respond within two business days. If your profile matches a current opening, we will outline next steps. If there's no immediate fit, we keep your profile on file for up to twelve months unless you request earlier removal.
